You can heat the cup insert and drop it in your banger with tweezers or pre-load your concentrate in the insert and drop it in the banger and heat it up for more precise and enjoyable dabs. These cup inserts have thick opaque bottoms for fast heating and to higher temps. They are sold in 2-packs only and come in 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, and 25mm sizes.
